Link manager: Space Content Manager for Confluence
Use link manager to bulk edit how links display across a space:
Display URL → Display inline
Display inline → Display URL
Step 1: access link manager
Step 2: select pages
About selecting pages to search
only searches pages in the space you are in
to search in a different space open Space Content Manager in that space
you must have permission to at least view the page
child pages
only parent pages that have children can be searched
Option 1: entire space
This is the default. It searches all pages in the current space you have access to.
Option 2: child pages
Search only child pages with an option to include the parent pages. For a parent page to be available to search it must have at least one child page.
Option 3: select pages
Start typing the name of the page you wish to add. When it appears select it. Repeat to add as many individual pages as you wish.
Step 3: preview and confirm
After selecting the pages to search click the button Preview:
Expand
To see the details of the links for a single page click > under Expand column. To see the links on all the pages click '←→ Expand all' like in the example below:
Pages with more than one link include the options:
select / unselect all
all display URL/inline (keep the same is the default)
Deselect
You have the option to deselect pages or links you do not want to change.
Link display
The default shows what the link currently displays as.
Display URL shows the full URL, example: https://www.atlassian.com/.
The other option is Display inline, the above example then looks like this https://www.atlassian.com/.
Submit
When you are happy with the preview click the Submit button.
Confirmation
besides a link means it has changed.
each page title is a hyperlink to the Confluence page
clicking on links under New link will open the link in a new tab
