Change link display: Easy Toolbox for Confluence

With the change link display tool you can edit link display on multiple pages either from display URL to display inline or vice versa. Three options are available for the pages to change the link display:

• Change link display on all pages in the space

• Change link display on all child pages of selected pages

• Change link display on individually selected pages

How it can be used

1. Select the apply to option for change of link display

Please note that you can only select pages in the select list

• which are in the space where you accessed the toolbox

• which you can see and have access to

• which have child pages

If you select the “Include selected parent page(s)” checkbox below, also the selected parent pages will be included changing the link display.

2. Select how you would like the links on the pages to appear.

3. Click on preview button to get a list of the pages which contain links. It is further displayed how many links with URL display and how many with inline display the pages contain.

4. Select for each listed page if you actually want to change the link display or not be selecting / unselecting the respective checkbox.

3. Click on the submit button if you want to change the link display on the selected pages.

You will see a progress bar and the list of pages where link display has been changed below. You can quickly navigate to those pages by clicking on the respective link. The green check icon shows you that the link display has been successfully changed.
